About Me

Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, I graduated from Coronado High School in 2012 and immediately entered the workforce. My early career began in the culinary world, where I picked up some critical skills working as a dishwasher and eventually cooking on the line.

Seeking new challenges, I later transitioned to customer service, working with different call center campaigns, including AAA’s roadside assistance and USAA insurance.

It was in the world of customer service that I first discovered my apptitude for coaching and mentoring, which ultimately, combined with my technical literacy, lead me to pursue a career in Instructional Design.

Years later, I can proudly say that I’ve designed and developed dozens of new learning solutions for three large companies and effectively maintained hundreds. Additionally, I quickly added project management to my toolkit and have since implemented my own custom methodology for several teams with varying workflows/needs.

In my personal life, I’m a lifelong creative, passionate about reading, writing, photography, and music production. Whether traveling and capturing moments through my camera or crafting complex compliance training for a Fortune 500 company, I enjoy blending fun and creativity into all aspects of life.
